All inclusive resort for newly married couple?

My husband and I are looking for a nice all inclusive resort to celebrate our 1st wedding aniversary in March. We would prefer an adults only spot, that is nice and clean, but not too formal. I do not know were to begin looking, and I thought a recommendation from an experienced traveler would be helpful. We do not have any particular location in mind...
