Are there any positive/negative sides for 2 international students (F-1 visas), when they get married in US?

I am and my girlfriend (we are from the same country) were planning to get married in the US, and both have F-1 visa status. We were wondering, if there are any advantages/disadvantages, after obtaining marriage licence. Would it be helpful to any immigration processes. Are there any positive/negative sides for 2 international students (F-1 visas), when they get married in US?
you may have advantages in terms of insurance coverage or tax returns. getting married in US doesn't really affect your current visa status unless either one of you wants to change F1 status to F2 dependent status. one of you can also claim as dependent spouse if either of you have any future immigration petition file to USCIS.Are there any positive/negative sides for 2 international students (F-1 visas), when they get married in US?
F1 visas are for full time students. I see no advantage or disadvantages to getting married now. It would not help in any way for immigration purposes. When your studies are complete, both go back to your own country.
