How do I recieve my dual citizenship if married to a filipina?

First you must acquire permanent residency by marriage, retirement visa, investor visa, or one of the many eligibility's.

Second live in the Philippines a minimum of 5 years.

Third apply for dual citizenship/naturalization which are both the same thing.

Fourth you can now own land and a gun. (my husband has done it already Crazy white man now wants to run for local office.)How do I recieve my dual citizenship if married to a filipina?

I believe you don't get dual citizenship just because you're married to a Filipina.
No you can't. According to Republic Act 9225, the dual citizenship law does not apply to the foreign spouse. He/she has the following option if he/she wishes to reside permanently in the Philippines: (a) apply for naturalisation; (b) apply for a permanent resident visa.
Dual citizenship is acquired only if one migrates to another country and applied for the citizenship of that country it is by law of by affinity if one marries a citizen of that country. Now if you are a foreigner and you migrated to the Philippines stay here for good, you can apply at the Bureau of Immigration for the change of citizenship or for acquiring Filipino citizenship.
First you must become a permanent resident and live in the Philippines for a min. of five years.

Then if you are a U.S. citizen you may receive dual citizenship.
I believe what your looking for is a permanent residence which is a 13a PR Visa which is very easy to get if your married to a Philippine born citizen if you go to this group and go to files it has all the requirments and forms needed for a 13a visa http://asia.groups.yahoo.com/group/movin鈥?/a>

here a list of what will be needed for a 13a:

**************************************鈥?br>

First thing is to gather the documents needed:

General Application form, filling fee 1,500 pesos

Request for Certification (for BI Clearance) cost 1000 pesos

Passport Pictures 20 pesos each

Open a bank account with both names of husband and wife

NBI clearance for yourself cost 200 pesos

NSO marriage certificate cost 125 pesos

NSO birth certificate for spouse cost 125 pesos

Letter request from spouse

Joint Affidavit of Legal Capacity to Contract Marriage

Joint Affidavit of Financial Capacity and Support

Legal Capacity to contract marriage

Divorce Papers

Medical cost 420 pesos

Quarantine cost 250 pesos

Now after collecting all the documents off to the BI and pay the 2,500 for the General application and BI clearance and then meet with a BI attorney which will go over all your paper work to insure you have all needed documents, MAKE sure you have ALL originals with you at this time for they can verify the copy as a copy of the original. OK, this is where you just have to wait until your get your notice to appear then you bring 10,500 pesos in to complete your 13a visa which will only be a probationary 1 year.

Hope this helps,
