Can I live and get married after obtaining the approval process of the K-1 ?

The five months is for the initial approval process. It will take another similar period to get the visa. Buena suerte.

Can I live and get married after obtaining the approval process of the K-1 or I have to wait for another similar period to obtain a visa and then marry and live in USA?

please define exactly how the process goes, but don麓t give me the USCIS website, I already have this, I only need to know from people with experience in these processes. Thank you!Can I live and get married after obtaining the approval process of the K-1 ?
some countries take longer than other countries.

once you get the visa you will travel to the USA and will have 3 months to get married.

its usually takes anywhere from 9-14 months for the entire process.

be sure you are not currently residing in the USA.

or you will prolong the processCan I live and get married after obtaining the approval process of the K-1 ?
As someone else told you a little while ago, there's a waiting period for the decision on the I-129f petition. Usually it takes about five months, maybe more.

Once the I-129f is approved, it will be forwarded to the U.S. consulate near your home. You will have to make an appointment with the consulate for a visa interview. At that time, you will be expected to present a long list of supporting documents, and an visa officer will interview you.

If the K-1 visa is issued, you can use it to go to the U.S. and apply for admission as a K-1 nonimmigrant. If you are admitted as a K-1, you will be given a permit for 90 days during which time you will have to get married.

Then you must apply for permanent resident status at an immigration office inside the U.S. That is the orderly procedure for becoming a permanent resident through the fiance visa process.

No puedes entrar para vivir antes de recibes la visa y pasa por inmigraci贸n. Tienes que ir paso a paso hasta cada paso esta terminado.
You would apply for the K-1 visa and then get married and then I think just fill out some paperwork to say that you are now married. I don't think it's a long process like the initial approval was. Good luck to you. If you don't get the answer you are looking for post your question on www.immigrate2us.net forum
Assuming you are not now in the US, you must wait for the

K-1 visa to be issued, which as previously stated will take another several monthss. For some K-1 visa info see
