This is not a good idea. You need to at least meet someone before you want to marry them. An online relationship can be very nice but you do not know that person. People can post anything and present themselves in any manner. They have pleanty of time to work out an answer to any question and you cannot even look in their face to judge if it is the truth. You have no ide how you two will get along you cannot even be certain of what she looks like. Save the proposals for people you know in the real world not cyberspace
Well it's always best to propose in person but if you can't. Let her know you are sending her a package (the ring) and tell her to let you know when she gets it and not to open it. Then when she gets it and tells you, you can either ask her then have her open the package or vice versa.
Have you ever met the girl? If not why would you propose to someone you never saw in person? What kind of relationship would it be to be engaged with a 15hr flight time distance from one another?





Find someone near you or try to move to the US if you want to be in a real relationship
Meet her in person first and get to know her - for all you know, she could be a 60 year old, 400 pound mean troll, or even worse, a man!!!!!!!!!!!!!
