Im a US citizen, my fiance is a Cuban citizen living in Cuba. What do we need to do to get married?

Im a US citizen living in the US. Hes a Cuban citizen living in Cuba. What would I %26amp; what would he have to do so we can get married either in the US or in Cuba? Preferably in the US.

You would have to apply for a fiance/spousal visa, then he would have to go through a long immigration process.





However, the Cuban government would forbid him from emigrating. This rule may have been relaxed in recent months, what with relatives able to visit, but I doubt it.





He might be able to come in through Mexico, since DHS has apparently abandoned the approach of detaining every ';dry foot'; Cuban who crosses through Texas and began a policy allowing most Cubans to obtain immediate parole:
